1:  Do your stubby holders have a bottom?
A:  Yes the price includes a bottom (non slip shark skin rubber)

2:  We've left it late, but can you get them to us within 7 days?
A:  Yes, in most cases we can manufacture and freight custom stubby                  holders within the week. Please inquire first.

3: l would like to match the PMS colours of our organisation. Can this be          done?
A:  We can usually match very close to most PMS colours.

4:  Can I use a design from your website but change it a bit and add my             own photos?
A:  Any of our designs can be adjusted to suit your requirements and its all 
     included in the same price.

5:  How do I place an order?

            along with any further requirements that we would need to know such as the             date needed by
        Once we have this information, artwork can be prepared and a digital proof             emailed. 
           
6:  If i want to supply my own design or send photos and other graphics, what is          the best method?
A:  Just email as attachments in a PDF, JPEG or EPS (saved as curves) format.            Large files can be saved to a disk and posted to us, or can be brought in to
     our office.
7:  How and when do i pay?
A:  Once your order is complete, you will be emailed an invoice. Payment options
      include Bank Transfer, Direct Deposit, PayPal, Cheque, and cash (local only)
